Simpler Recycling
Simpler Recycling Legislation and your General Waste
If you are a business of more than 10 employees (irrespective of location) you must comply with the UK’s Simpler Recycling Legislation that commences on 31st March 2025. This legislation’s goal is to maximise the recovery of recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, plastics, tins and cans, glass and food waste. This means that businesses with more than 10 employees will need dedicated recycling services to accommodate the changes.
